WHEN BEING A MAN IS NO EXCUSE
64aside from peeing standing up and multiple orgasms, there's not much difference between men and women
Let's face it. Whether you've read "Women are from Venus, Men are from Mars" or not, men and women aren't that different. Yes, so, they can pee standing up and we're blessed to carry babies and have multiple orgasms, but other than that, we're still members of the same species. That said, I don't see any reason why being a man can be an excuse on certain situations.
CHEATING
So recent studies show that men are biologically wired to ogle beautiful women. We'll let you off the hook on that one. (Anyway, we're also wired to flirt, taken or not... lol...) But when you cheat, that's another story. So our sex life has gone downhill because you're busy with your work and i'm busy with the kids and house chores but that doesn't give you an excuse to look for milk from another cow. Being a man doesn't merit you the privilege to philander. Cheating, whether committed by a man or a woman is always unexcusable. So when your man cheats, don't look the other way. Either you pack your bags and leave or pack his stuff and throw it out of the house. You can never respect him the same way ever.
BEING LAZY
You have enough energy to play basketball with your friends after an 8 hour job and enough energy left to have a romping session with me all night but you're always drained when I tell you to atleast help me with the dishes. You give me alot of excuses like, you're tired from work and what not. You're not the only one working here! I also have a job and I get home right after to make dinner while you're out having a happy hour with your colleagues. Now is helping with the dishes or cleaning the house too much to ask?
REMEMBERING ANNIVERSARIES
I was lucky enough to have a boyfriend who reminds me about our anniversaries 1 week ahead. But back then, I had to do the reminding with my exboyfriends. With your blackberry or atleast your wallet calendar, you can atleast mark off those very important dates and set a reminder atleast a week before to get yourself prepared for that important day. Treat anniversaries like a very important holiday like thanksgiving, or christmas so you won't find yourself sleeping on the couch tonight.
NOT LETTING US WORK
I am also entitled to a career. Being a man doesn't give you the right to let us stop working to be a full time housewife. You can't let us quit our job for whatever reason. IF you don't like it, then hit the road buddy. Look for someone who'd enjoy shopping with the money you earn.

Good points! I know you speak for tons of women with this column!
Bravo, sun goddess! Funny how men can't compute that sharing the chores = chores get done in half the time = more time for fun in the bedroom. It's a simple equation, not to mention sharing the drudgery makes Wife or Girlfriend much more willing to be fun and playful at bedtime. Calling out from the bedroom "Honey are you ever coming to bed?" while she's still putting dishes away or taking out the trash is NOT considered foreplay.
I feel like I complain a lot an use being a woman as an excuse... I like to think I'm justified, though my boyfriend doesn't always go for it :P
